Ovation envisioned a residential community just beyond the Strip — quieter, warmer, more intentional. A place to exhale. Our challenge was to build a brand worthy of that vision: one that could hold both luxury and warmth without trying to out-glamour the city around it.
We began with place. The desert's palette of warm ochres, sun-bleached cream, and red rock became the foundation of everything — color, texture, typography, and tone. The brand promise, Naturally Elevated, captured the duality at the heart of Aera: the sophistication of luxury living, rooted in something real. The visual identity combined an organic logomark, a grounded color palette, and a warm editorial voice that spoke of light, stillness, and a life lived with intention.
The result is a brand that doesn't shout. In a market defined by spectacle, Aera chose to exhale.
