Located along the East River in Lower Manhattan, The Seaport is a place defined by history, reinvention, and cultural energy. At the center of its transformation, Pier 17 was reimagined as a premier rooftop concert venue and dining destination—bringing new life to the waterfront. At a pivotal moment before completion, the challenge was to articulate this future vision in a way that could be felt, understood, and believed.
We developed and produced a cinematic anthem film designed to bring that transformation to life. Through immersive storytelling and carefully constructed sequences, the film captures the evolution of Pier 17 into a vibrant destination—where live music, restaurants, and skyline views converge. Every moment was crafted to express atmosphere and anticipation, translating architectural intent into human experience and positioning the Seaport as a cultural stage for New York City.
The result is a film that functions as both vision and invitation—used to build excitement, engage audiences, and attract visitors ahead of launch.
