Serenia District is a next-generation waterfront community by Palma Holdings, set within the tranquil landscape of Jumeirah Islands, Dubai. Spanning over 600,000 square feet and designed as a collection of six residential towers anchored by a signature clubhouse and wellness-driven lifestyle zones, the development brings together architecture, nature, and community in a carefully orchestrated masterplan.
We were engaged to translate this vision into a fully immersive sales experience—designed to live both within the physical sales gallery and across a digital iPad platform. The presentation was conceived as a narrative journey, guiding prospective buyers through the full breadth of the development—from the overarching masterplan and amenity ecosystem down to individual residences and floor plans. Each moment was carefully structured to balance clarity with emotion, ensuring the scale of the project felt both expansive and deeply personal.
Working in close collaboration with our client and sister company VISUALHOUSE, we shaped the storyboard and art direction for the masterplan animation—bringing the district to life through movement, sequencing, and cinematic pacing. The result is a cohesive sales tool that not only communicates the details of the development, but elevates the entire experience—transforming information into aspiration, and vision into something tangible.
